Made within our Italian supply chain, the High Thickness Die-cast Aluminum frying pan features a new El Diamant Profile coating that provides unprecedented scratch resistance, thanks to silicon carbide particles synthesized to achieve diamond-like strength while maintaining the inherent qualities of die-cast aluminum. Tested to last more than 40,000 cycles of use.

TO GET STARTED
First, remove all labels on the product, after which take a paper towel lightly soaked in cooking oil and wipe it all over the nonstick.
At this point you can place the product on the stovetop and begin to preheat it, after about 4 minutes your RISOLI’® will already be hot and ready to be used
COOKING WITH REAL MADE IN ITALY
It means always making sure that the words MADE IN ITALY are engraved on the product and not “pasted” with a simple label is synonymous with the guarantee of the supply chain.
SOME TIPS
Do not overheat the vacuum product too much, 5 minutes preheating is sufficient.
This nonstick is very high-performance and of the latest generation, but like all PREMIUM products if we want them to last a lifetime we recommend not abusing their strength, so we recommend the use of wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils and we recommend not using the product to store acidic foods such as tomatoes that could corrode the coating.
After use, clean your Risolì® with a mild detergent under lukewarm water (we recommend our GreenClean detergent) after which immediately dry it carefully with a clean cloth . With BLACKplus® you can also use the dishwasher but on a gentle cycle and possibly with nonaggressive detergents (we do not recommend tablets). Remember that the dishwasher may blacken the aluminum bottom by oxidation.
