Husarenkrapfen, or angel eyes, are among the treats inextricably linked to the cold season and Christmas. While the basic recipe is fairly quick to mix together, shaping the cookies takes a bit longer, especially if you want to bake particularly even and uniform Husarenkrapfen. The specially designed Husarenkrapfen baking tray from the Zenker Special Creative baking pan series (38 x 26.5 cm) is the ideal tool for quickly and easily preparing 24 of the popular cookies – also called Kuller- or angel eyes – in one baking session. The dough is spread into the recesses of the baking tray using a dough scraper, for example. Thanks to the excellent ILAG Special non-stick coating, the delicious cookies can be easily removed from the pan after a brief cooling period. Depending on the recipe, fill the cookies with jam or chocolate, sprinkle powdered sugar over the little delicacies, and the feast can begin! The Husarenkrapfen baking tray is heat-resistant up to +230°C and can be easily cleaned by hand after use. Zenker offers a 5-year warranty on this sophisticated "Made in Germany" baking tray.
