Made within our 100% Italian supply chain, the new Dr.Green Rectangular Grill Pan is made of die-cast aluminum with a wooden Folding handle. GreenStone’s water-based nonstick is inert and inorganic, providing twice the wear resistance of standard pans. The ideal tool for low heat cooking, which does not destabilize the food and promotes flavor development. 6 mm thick. Measures 33×26 cm.

First, remove all labels on the product, after which take a paper towel lightly soaked in cooking oil and wipe it all over the nonstick.

At this point you can place the product on the stovetop and begin to preheat it; after about 4 minutes your Risolì will already be hot and ready to use.
