TO GET STARTED

First, remove all labels on the product, after which take a paper towel lightly soaked in cooking oil and wipe it all over the nonstick.

At this point you can put the product on the stovetop or directly into the oven at 240° C and start preheating it, after about 4 minutes your RISOLI’® will already be hot and ready to use.

A supporter of the Italian culinary tradition, one of the most appreciated in the world, Risolì creates a product dedicated primarily to pizza, but not only: hence the exhaustive name “Non Solo Pizza.”

The griddle’s wavy, nonstick surface facilitates even heat transmission, ensuring even cooking and imparting crispness to the dough without burning the bottom. Non solo Pizza is also great for cooking meat, vegetables and fish, on the stove or barbecue. Thanks to the triple nonstick layer, it is possible to cook without adding fat, which can instead be used raw as a seasoning.

SOME TIPS

Do not overheat the product too much when empty; a 4-5 minute preheating in a 240°C oven will suffice. Like all PREMIUM products, if we want them to last a lifetime, we recommend not abusing their strength: better to use wooden, plastic, or silicone kitchen utensils instead of steel, and better not to store acidic foods such as tomatoes for a long time inside because they may corrode.

After use, clean your Risolì with a mild detergent under lukewarm water after which carefully dry it with a clean cloth and it is ready to be placed back in the oven.
